Vail Realty was established in 2007 by Laury Watson, a native of Tucson and a successful residential broker in Southern Arizona.  Throughout her 36 year career she has earned numerous honors and awards for achievement in sales.

Jeff & Emily first invested in property in Southern AZ in 2012. They soon expanded to helping others build wealth and meet their goals via real estate. Married 34 years, Mike and his wife Debi have  4 children and 8 grandchildren. He retired from the Air Force in 2003, and is currently still working in the Compass Call program on DMAFB.  Vail resident for 14 years.  Mike specializes in helping buyers find their dream home and making the transaction as easy as possible. He enjoys racing BMX bikes with his daughter and grandkids, and golf as often as possible.
